5th Street Park Coalition

Taking a small space in the East Village, New York City and making it an exemplar of participatory civic planning, bringing together elements worthy of preservation, like a Flemish school building, a restored police precinct, and the lot at 324 E. 5th Street, to create something that serves the community in a new way.
